  • Managed multiple Microsoft Premier Services Corporate Clients crossing multiple verticals such as Healthcare/Pharmaceuticals, Financial Services, Manufacturing, and Legal, client environments ranging from 500 to 15000 seats
  • Managed the delivery of recommended/agreed-upon services, such as Health Checks, Deployments, Migrations, and Reactive Support, exceeding the client satisfaction goal by earning a 12 year 97% rate of client satisfaction and trust and 100% client renewal rate.
  • Acted as a technical resource to a group of business clients which required a conversational level of technical expertise.
  • Acted as the client’s advocate within Microsoft, in order to facilitate code changes, bug fixes, and case resolution.
  • Managed the client’s diverse and complex scope of support issues by ensuring timely resolution of client issues through proper referrals and escalations to product specialists in those specific areas
